The Only Way is PRACTICING

Salam Kasih Dear all.......

We take shower in the morning to clean our body.
After that we do all the daily activities.
We don’t have to keep on taking a shower throughout the day.
It is like that.
We meditate and calm our mind, then go on with other activities.
It is not easy to keep ourself undisturbed but it will happen if we keep doing the practices regularly.
Then keeping ourself calm will become easy....
